Top Shelf: 1982 Yamaha Virago XV 920 Chopper (By SHEDBUILTBIKES)

Serious..

Originally a builder’s update for his own BMW cafe racer, the BMW Cafe Blog that started by Michiel quickly outgrew its Blogger template. Now in its new format along with a name change – SHEDBUILTBIKES, the blogger/motorcycle enthusiast also went beyond his BMW bike build with a 1982 Yamaha Virago XV 920 Chopper.

While still retained its cafe racer feel, the low slung elongated frame gave the bike a chopper silhouette. It also has a steampunk nostalgia to it when Michiel and fellow builder Vincent Verdouw salvaged parts from old Honda bikes, Suzuki, even cars like MGB and Opel, to complete it.
