One thing about kicks that I’ve always loved, is how they really allow us to express where we are style-wise. As you know, some of us are way out there and love anything that’s loud and makes some kind of statement. No knock on that, but I’ve always loved what I’ve dubbed as ‘classic flavor”, something a little more basic. And certain shoes have always epitomized that for me. One of those has always been New Balance’s 574 line.
For Spring/Summer 2014, New Balance presents its iconic 574 silhouette in a vibrant new blue colorway with the arrival of the “Island” pack. The sneaker is constructed primarily from blue ripstop and features contrasting orange and turquoise accents throughout. Additional details include orange round laces and a colorful palm tree print on the shoe’s interior lining. This predominately blue colorway from the New Balance 574 “Island” pack is now available at Feature Sneaker Boutique.
