Set to be unveiled at this year’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este is a unique collaboration between BMW and Milan’s Zagato, the BMW Zagato Coupe. A distinctive one-off model, the hand-built coach follows in the footsteps of past collaborations between the two companies, fusing concept styling with a street-legal vehicle.
Featuring an elongated front end and reinterpretation of the signature BMW face with twin circular headlights and a kidney-shaped radiator grille, complete with matte Zagato “z” letters, the coupe sports a double-bubble roof, chrome air intakes and a transparent rear end, clearly exhibiting Zagato’s influence. Capped off with matte exhaust pipes, the BMW Zagato Coupe is draped in a unique shade of red specifically developed for the collaboration.
