Radical..
There was a time, back in the day, when certain kicks were kinda like staples for freshness around my way. This was when basic and plain just signified what being fresh was about. Plain kicks, usually white or black, solid tee, and shorts or jeans, no logos. One of those shoes from back then that we used to run crazily, was the Reebok Classic. You had to have either the black or white joints. If you were lucky, such as myself, you had both in the stash. They looked cool with everything and just had a simplistic look that you just couldn’t go wrong with. Reebok is often slept on, but they’re still dropping dopeness that people should show love to.
Scottish retailer hanon returns for another take on Reebok’s Classic Leather sneaker, again taking inspiration from their Aberdeen hometown’s coat of arms. While their previous collaboration was inspired by the crest’s leopards, this time they’ve drawn from the emblem’s three castles. Stone grey and lawn green paneling hint at the fortresses and the hills that they sit on, while hanon’s logo sits inside the sneaker’s liner. The sneaker drops September 6th at hanon’s webstore.
