You know the Vanquish, the V12 Zagato, the Volante and the One-77, all pinnacle examples of brawn and beauty by Aston Martin. But did you know the venerable exotic car maker also has the Aston Martin Rapide, a four-door sedan (or as they call it Saloon in England) in its portfolio of speed? Powered by a 470 horsepower V12, the Aston Martin Rapide is capable of cruising at a top speed of 183 mph and ravage the 0 to 62 mph course in just 5.2 seconds. Already comes with a dizzying array of luxurious options, but thanks to customizer Afzal Kahn, owner of A. Kahn Design (aka Project Kahn), there are some more to select from.
Because its power plant is more than adequate, Kahn focused mostly on Rapide’s exterior with new front bumper and grille, side vents, hood vents, and brake calipers. Other upgrades include the addition of sports exhaust, tinted glass, and RSX-F wheels with 21-inch rims in platinum silver finish. Subtle changes though suitable for a car design so perfect already.
