Architecture: Saint Martins Lofts in London

We should probably start calling this part of the site AA Cribs. It’s no secret that we compete with these posts, to see who can come up with the most awesome property to put up. And I’ve stepped my game up really nicely lately, and I honestly think I’m starting to rise in the ranks with this label. They’re all hating on me, but I know I’m very close to being the ruler of this part of the site. Lol. Today’s property blew me away and I think this one will have the same effect on you as well.

Launching later this year, the opulent Saint Martins Lofts are located within the iconic former building of Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design on Charing Cross Road in Soho. The renovation respects the rich architectural and artistic history of the building whilst injecting a contemporary London aesthetic.

The Lofts cover the top four floors of the building, with book shop Foyles on the ground floor, and are made up of five duplex apartments, six laterals, and two penthouses with commanding views over London’s West End and towards the Houses of Parliament. Prices for the lofts begin at a mere $7,809,415 USD.

Purposefully Fresh.
