Top Shelf: Audi TT Clubsport Turbo

When quality engineering goes hand-in-hand with beauty, the result can be masterful. We all love fast cars, the thrill of the ride coupled with just looking cool while doing it. The freedom of just flying through the city streets or countryside really has no equal. It’s the best, and if you can find the right set of wheels to do it in, you’re all set.

Audi bridges the gap between its TT sports car and the mid-engine R8 with an all-new TT Clubsport Turbo. The concept is set to make its first appearance at the Wörthersee VW show in Austria as the second ever inclusion in VW’s Clubsport sector. The TT Turbo truly purrs thanks to a turbocharged and electric supercharged engine, which is capable of a 0-100km/h sprint in 3.6 seconds, while possibly even more impressive is the coupe’s top speed of 310 km/h.

Aesthetically, the car is underpinned by palpable racing details, pulling inspirational cues from the Audi 90 IMSA GTO. Body specs include a widened wheelbase and adjustable carbon fiber rear wing.
