Kicks Flow: Nike x J. Crew "Killshot"

There’s clean, and then there’s clean. Nike’s Killshot silhouette is synonymous with clean style and classic style. With its low-top cut and sleek feel, the sneaker’s look lends itself to a diverse wearability.

Unfortunately for style enthusiasts, the Killshot has been somewhat of an elusive gem over the years, with the only retailer consistently releasing stock being J.Crew. Fortunately, after a short disappearance, J.Crew has announced the re-release of the Killshot just in time for the warmer weather as, as winter’s harsh conditions begin to fade.

The Nike Killshot is set to officially pre-sale in a limited quantity of 50 on February 25th at both J.Crew’s Soho location in NYC and Grove location in L.A. Later, shoppers will be able to find the shoe J.Crew’s official site, and also at select J.Crew stores on March 1st for $90 USD.

Kicks Flow: Nike Air Max '97 “Silver Bullet”

TGIF. So it’s only right that we finish off the week the right way. It’s no secret that we’re all suckers for a good rerelease, so today, we have one that we think will tip the scales pretty nicely. If you haven’t been able to take advantage of the recent rerelease(s) of Nike’s heralded Air Max 97 “Silver Bullet,” then you’re in luck…maybe. Next week you’ll have yet another shot at copping the famed Air Max model.

Today size? has announced that the “Silver Bullet” Air Max ’97 ($175 USD) will be relaunching online and in-store at their Carnaby Street and Manchester stores on Thursday, February 23rd. This is awesome news, but there hasn’t been any word from other retailers on whether they will be restocking the “Silver Bullet” too. So that means the pickings are slim, and you shouldn’t waste time in grabbing these while you can.

Kicks Flow: Nike SF-AF1 “Desert Camo”

One thing we can’t do anymore, is sleep on sneaker brands. Just when you think they’ve hit a wall, they drop something so crazy and awesome, it wakes you right back up. So we never miss out on an opportunity to give props where they’re deserved. Our friends over at Nike aren’t playing fair, and we thought we should put everyone on notice.

The “Desert Camo” delivery in turn boasts the camouflage pattern that was originally introduced to the U.S. military in the ’70s, primarily influenced by conditions encountered in the rocky deserts of California. Such patterning can be seen throughout the upper on the heightened Air Force silhouette, while the dual strap options are then present at the ankle. Leather Swoosh branding tags the pair alongside, as tonal laces accompany to complete the release.

You can look forward to the “Desert Camo” SF-AF1 ($180 USD) releasing on February 17th through Nike providers such as Notre.

Kicks Flow: UBIQ x Diadora N.9000 "Whiz Wit"

Collaborations are basically everything in the sneaker world right now, so ideas are coming from all angles these days. Some are good, some are great, and some are just downright random, but super creative. For its new collaboration with Diadora on the N.9000 runner, UBIQ looked to the Philly cheesesteak for inspiration.

The sandwich is, of course, a culinary staple of the retailer's hometown, and its details are mirrored on the premium construction of the sneaker, which includes an American Cheese-like yellow leather, wax paper-inspired insoles and "Wit" or "Wit-Out" inscriptions as a nod to customers' preference when it comes to Cheez Whiz topping.

The UBIQ x Diadoara N.9000 "Whiz Wit" is available now in stores and online at ubiqlife.com. Customers in stores will experience custom cheesesteak shop displays, complete with custom packaging. Pretty sick!

Kicks Flow: Nike Flyknit Racer “Cookies and Cream”

Another one of our GOAT’s has returned, as we have this week, after a couple of weeks off. We’re in the middle of a site redesign, which we hope to launch very soon, so we took some time to get things right with that, to bring you a better experience on AA. But back to our GOAT.

The Nike Flyknit Racer is still among the most monumental sneaker innovations in recent years and as such it comes with little surprise that the silhouette remains to be a sneakerhead favorite to this day. Running technology meets great looks and comfort for everyday wear in the lightweight sneaker.

For Spring 2017 the Flyknit Racer comes back in the insanely popular “Cookies and Cream” black/white colorway. Good luck getting your hands on the sneaker, which releases for $150 on February 10th from select retailers. Get out there fast for this one, they disappear from stores quicker than any other shoe, it seems.
