After bringing all the Princess Leia sneaker preview from adidas Original’s collaboration with Star Wars in their upcoming Spring/Summer 2010 Collection, now we are throwing two other characters from the cult science fiction film into the mix. Also transformed into sneakers are master Yoda and Luke Skywalker.
For Yoda, the canvas chosen for this collaboration is the ZX700. The boat-shoe inspired sneaker is worked to resemble the Jedi master in both colorway (brown and green) and material (leather and wheat-colored canvas). Meanwhile, the tongue is embellished with a special embroidered tongue tag which features “Yoda” and a black and white rendition of the master’s portrait.
Now onto the youngling, Luke Skywalker. Just like Master Yoda, the sneaker is inspired by the character’s styling. In this case, Skywalker’s uniform from his triumphant moments in the last few scenes on film, so think, orange and white with some other accents thrown in.
Aside from sneakers, the collection also boasts some apparel and so far the preview reveals a graphic tee featuring Star Wars graphic with Darth Vader, and a zip-up hoodie lined with Stormtrooper graphics. Check out the pictures and we are already anticipating fanboys to dress up in character to get their collab gear when the collection is released in January. Via:: HS
