The IWC Ingenieur Perpetual Calendar Digital Date-Month was unveiled at the SIHH watch convention in Geneva recently, featuring a self-preserving date and month function.
What appears as an analog display within the sub-dials is actually a digital display disc, covered by partially transparent sapphire plating. These discs store small amounts of energy when they shift from am to pm, lending the watch sustainability. Featuring a 45mm titanium aluminide case IWC Ingenieur‘s latest timepiece embodies classicism, all the while reminding the viewer that the watch is contemporary and refined.
