Today we are happy to present the Villa Ritka by studio pha. Completed in 2011, the 490 square meter building makes use of the sloping ground to divide it into 2 parts. The upper part features a residential area while the lower part acts as a garage and entrance hall.
The final result is a 2-story house with a flat roof covering the house’s “U”-shape. The atrium is home to a small pool and louvered blinds, ensuring ample cooling throughout the area.
