Vicenza-based artist Ale Giorgini has created his own love-themed take on a variety of pop-culture cartoons and reference points. Giorgini began the project as a personal one about love and it incorporates a series of famous couples and characters recreated by the artist himself through his distinctive illustrative style.
Familiar faces include Charlie Brown and Snoopy; Homer and Marge Simpson; Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader in the aptly titled, “May The Love Be With You”; Popeye and Olive, Superman and Lois Lane; and many more.
