We’ve been going through tons of kicks to post, and it was just this weekend where we had this conversation about colors. And for whatever reason, with everything that we’ve seen to post and share with the AA family, we rarely see any red kicks. So after pretty much just accepting that and saying we’d move on, we got blessed with this great new pair that should definitely wow some sneaker heads soon.
Following its Spring/Summer 2014 range, Nike has released a sizzling hot “Gym Red” colorway for its coveted 1987 Air Safari silhouette. Constructed from a mesh base with suede overlays, this heart-pounding release features a Team Red safari-printed midfoot panel, red leather Swoosh, black accents at the tongue, and a black and white midsole. Completed with a black and red outsole, the Summer 2014 Air Safari “Gym Red” is now available at Düsseldorf’s Afew-Store.
