Kicks Flow: Nike and Neymar Jr. Introduce Hypervenom “Gold” Boot

The original Hypervenom boot was launched by footballer Neymar Jr. in Rio de Janiero in May 2013 and Nike has returned to the same footballer for an exclusive version of the same boot. As a football-obsessed 12-year-old in the Brazilian coastal city of Santos, Neymar Jr. used to spray paint his boots gold. Teaming up with Nike, Neymar Jr. was able to recreate his childhood fantasy, creating a stunning new gold version of the Hypervenom boots which he’s able to wear during the rest of the 2014 World Cup tournament.

The Hypervenom was designed with the help of some of the world’s top podiatrists to work with the movement of the bones in the feet. This coupled with Nike’s technology and innovations help players create faster space than ever before. The boots will be available to the rest of the world tomorrow via Nike.com.
